These terms apply to all visitors, students, and users of GrowthMentor, including those who enroll in courses, purchase packages, or participate in mentorship programs.

2. Services & Course Access

2.1 Course Enrollment

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course content through our learning platform. Access is provided on a lifetime basis for the specific course or package you enroll in, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Access & Usage

• Course access is personal and non-transferable.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute course content.
• Higher-tier packages (Ananta) include access to the complete course ecosystem.
• We reserve the right to update course content to keep it current and relevant.

3. Booking & Cancellation

3.1 Session Booking

Mentorship sessions and live classes can be booked through our contact page or directly via WhatsApp. Sessions are subject to availability and mentor schedule.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be eligible for rescheduling.
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

4. Payment Policy

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
• Payment can be made via the payment methods available on our platform.
• Access to course content is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review course details carefully before enrolling.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, worksheets, templates, and resources provided by GrowthMentor are the intellectual property of GrowthMentor and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any course materials without written permission.
• You may not use our content to create competing courses or services.
• The Ananta package includes specific commercial and resale skill rights as described in the package details.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowthMentor provides educational content and mentorship for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or returns on investment. Your business outcomes depend on your implementation, effort, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthMentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
